چکیده

مقدمه: ارزیابی فاکتورهای التهابی می‌تواند در شناسایی اختلالات تولیدمثلی و بیماری‌های مرتبط با التهاب پس از زایمان مؤثر باشد. با توجه به نقش حیاتی سایتوکاین‌های پیش‌التهابی در تنظیم پاسخ‌های ایمنی طی بارداری و زایمان، این مطالعه با هدف بررسی تغییرات غلظت IL-6 و TNF-α در گاوهای شیری در دوره‌های قبل و بعد از زایمان انجام شد.
روش: مطالعه حاضر، یک پژوهش بالینی بود که در یک بازه زمانی سه ماهه در اسفندماه  1401 روی 20 رأس گاو شیری نژاد هلشتاین در گاوداری صنعتی 4000 رأسی مجتمع دامداری نگین فام خوزستان انجام گرفت. نمونه‌ها بورت در دسترس انتخاب شدند. به‌منظور مقایسه وضعیت و ارزیابی فاکتورهای التهابی اینتر لوکین 6، (IL-6) و تومورنکروزینگ فاکتور آلفا (TNF-α)، تهیه نمونه خون اولیه دو هفته قبل و بعد از زایش برحسب میانگین زایش سالیانه انجام شد. از آزمون t جفتی آزمون جهت تحلیل داده­ها استفاده شد.  
نتایج: میانگین IL-6 قبل و بعد از زایمان به‌ترتیب 07/94±66/313 و 23/76±92/251 بود. میانگین TNF-α قبل و بعد از زایمان به‌ترتیب 02/8±63/84 و 93/9±61/72 برآورد شد. تغییرات در غلظت IL-6 و TNF-α قبل از زایمان به‌طور معنی‌داری بیش‌تر از پس از زایمان بود (05/0>p).  
نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که غلظت سایتوکین‌های پیش‌التهابی IL-6 و TNF-α در دوران قبل از زایمان بالاتر از دوران پس از زایمان است و طی دو هفته پس از زایمان کاهش می‌یابد. این یافته‌ها بیانگر آن است که زایمان با یک پاسخ التهابی سیستمیک همراه است که به‌تدریج فروکش کرده و سیستم ایمنی به سمت وضعیت پایدار بازمی‌گردد. بنابراین، تغییرات مشاهده‌شده در این سایتوکین‌ها می‌تواند به‌عنوان شاخصی برای ارزیابی وضعیت ایمنی مادر در دوره پس از زایمان مورداستفاده قرار گیرد و اهمیت توجه به تنظیم ایمنی در این دوره را برجسته می‌سازد.
