چکیده

حلزون‌های آب شیرین میزبانان واسط گروه بزرگ و مهمی از کرم­های انگلی در پزشکی و دامپزشکی هستند. در ایران سالانه میلیون­ها ریال خسارات ناشی از فاسیولیازیس انسانی ایجاد می­شود که می­تواند میزبانان واسط آن، حلزون راست­گرد Lymnaea palustris و حلزون چپ­گرد Physa acuta باشد. برای بررسی مورفولوژی حلزون‌های آب شیرین L.  palustris و P. acuta از دو خانواده Lymnaeidae وPhysidae، اقدام به جمع‌آوری نمونه­ها طی دو فصل بهار و تابستان  از غرب و جنوب استان تهران طی سال­های 1400 و 1401 شد. جمعاً تعداد 987 نمونه جمع‌آوری و پس از کشته شدن در آب جوش، در الکل 70 درصد نگهداری شدند. در آزمایشگاه، رادولای نمونه­ها استخراج گردیده و با استفاده از رنگ Mally II، رنگ­آمیزی شدند و فرمول دندانی، دندان­های رادولا و مورفولوژی پوسته موردبررسی قرار گرفت. در گونه L. palustris‌، دندان مرکزی  باریک و با یک کاسپ کوچک پوشیده شده و دندان­های حاشیه­ای نیز رشد ضعیفی داشته و دارای ساختار نامنظمی است، اما در گونهP. acuta‌، دندان مرکزی دارای سه کاسپ اصلی و دندان‌های حاشیه­ای بزرگ است. از نظر تفاوت در پوسته این دو گونه می­توان به طول و نوع پیچش آن‌ها اشاره کرد که در بالغ گونه L. palustris   اندازه استاندار آن‌ها در حدود 21 میلی­متر بوده ولی در بالغ گونه P. acuta اندازه استاندار آن‌ها در حدود 15 میلی­متر است. هم‌چنین همبستگی معنی‌دار بین عامل محیطی دما با تغییرات جمعیت گونه­های موردبررسی مشاهده شد.
