چکیده

شناخت گستره جغرافیایی گونه­‌ها و وابستگی ­های زیستگاهی آن­ها برای برنامه­های حفاظت از گونه‌­ها بسیار ضروریست و انتخاب زیستگاه یکی از مهمترین فاکتورهای تأثیرگذار بر برازش ارگانیسم­ها است. گربه شنی گونه‌ای نادر است که به‌دلیل زندگی شب فعال و مخفی، به خوبی مورد مطالعه قرار نگرفته است. در این تحقیق، با استفاده از روش مدل­سازی حداکثر آنتروپی، مطلوبیت زیستگاه گربه شنی در استان سیستان و بلوچستان واقع در جنوب شرق ایران مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج حاکی از آن است که پوشش گیاهی مرتعی مهمترین فاکتور تأثیرگذار در انتخاب و استفاده از زیستگاه می­‎باشد زیرا این متغیر فراهم کننده طعمه گونه در منطقه است. به این دلیل که هیچ برنامه حفاظتی و مدیریتی مستند شده در ارتباط با گربه شنی در منطقه مورد مطالعه وجود ندارد، این تحقیق می­تواند داده­های اولیه کافی برای چنین برنامه­هایی فراهم آورد.
