چکیده

چکیده
تحقیق حاضر به­منظور بررسی اثر مکمل جلبک سارگاسوم (Sargassum ilicifolium) بر شاخص­های رشد (وزن نهایی، فاکتور وضعیت، بقا و میزان رشد روزانه)، تغذیه (ضریب تبدیل غذایی، میزان غذای دریافتی، کارایی مصرف پروتئین، کارایی مصرف چربی) و ترکیب شیمیایی بدن (میزان پروتئین، چربی، رطوبت و خاکستر) به­مدت 60 روز انجام گرفت. در این مطالعه، تعداد 120 قطعه ماهی طلال با میانگین وزنی 56/0±93/18 گرم و میانگین طولی 17/0± 30/12 سانتی­متر در یک طرح کاملا تصادفی به 4 تیمار آزمایشی و 3 تکرار (با تعداد 10 قطعه در هر تکرار) دسته‌بندی شدند. تیمار­ها عبارت بودند از تیمار آزمایشی شاهد (بدون استفاده از مکمل جلبک) و تیمار­های آزمایشی 2، 3، 4 به­ترتیب حاوی 5، 10 و 15 گرم پودر جلبک بر کیلوگرم غذا. بر اساس نتایج به‌دست‌آمده بالاترین وزن نهایی 19/1±54/31 گرم، فاکتور وضعیت (06/0± 10/1 درصد)، کارایی مصرف پروتئین (53/0± 04/27)، کارایی مصرف چربی (84/12±76/115) و میزان رشد روزانه (%38/0±30/23 درصد) در تیمار 4 مشاهده شد. همچنین بیشترین میزان پروتئین لاشه (26/0± 46/19 درصد) و کمترین میزان چربی لاشه (11/0±10/3 درصد) در تیمار حاوی 15 گرم مکمل جلبک بر کیلوگرم غذا مشاهده شد که با تیمار شاهد دارای تفاوت معنی­دار بود (05/0>p). در مجموع بر اساس نتایج این تحقیق، افزودن 15 گرم مکمل جلبک سارگاسوم به جیره غذایی ماهی طلال به­منظور بهبود شاخص­های رشد، تغذیه و کیفیت لاشه در این ماهی پیشنهاد می­شود.
