چکیده

چکیده
این تحقیق بمنظور بررسی اثر لوامیزول بر شاخص‌های رشد و مقاومت قزل‌آلای رنگین‌کمان در برابر استرس تراکم انجام گرفت. بدین منظور 1000 قطعه ماهی قزل‌آلای‌ رنگین‌کمان با میانگین وزنی 6±150 گرم از یکی از مزارع پرورش ماهی ارومیه تهیه شد و در قالب پنج تیمار و با جیره حاوی 0، 100، 250 ، 500 و 1000 میلی‌گرم لوامیزول در هر کیلوگرم غذا و با تراکم 33 کیلوگرم در متر مکعب به مدت 45 روز تغذیه شدند و سپس تا روز 60 همه تیمارها با جیره فاقد لوامیزول و تحت تنش تراکم دو و سه برابر دوره پرورش قرار گرفتند. هر پانزده روز ماهیان کلیه تیمارها زیست سنجی گردیدند و شاخص‌های رشد آنها محاسبه گردید. نتایج نشان داد ماهیان تغذیه شده با لوامیزول در مقایسه با گروه شاهد رشد مطلوبتر و معنی‌داری (05/0P
