چکیده


در این مطالعه اثرات جنستئین و 17بتا-استرادیول بر برخی پارامترهای بیوشیمیایی و آنزیمی پلاسمای سمینال ماهی قرمز در مرحله اسپرمیشن مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. ماهیان مولد نر (با وزن تقریبیg 30 تا g40) تحت تزریق داخل عضلانی g/gµ 5 (G5) و g/gµ50 جنستئین (G50)، g/g µ10 هورمون 17بتا-استرادیول، g/gµ10روغن ذرت + DMSO قرار گرفتند. سپس از ماهیان اسپرم­گیری به عمل آمد و برخی ترکیبات غیرآلی ، ترکیبات آلی  و آنزیمی  پلاسمای سمینال اندازه­گیری شد. نتایج نشان داد که در ترکیبات غیرآلی، ترکیبات آلی و آنزیمی پلاسمای سمینال بین تیمارهای مختلف اختلاف معنی­داری  وجود دارد (05/0P ). بیشترین غلظت سدیم، کلسیم و منیزیم به ترتیب در تیمارهای G50 و E2 مشاهده شد.  غلظت فسفر و کراتینین در تیمار E2 افزایش یافت، در صورتی که غلظت اوره و تریگلیسرید پلاسمای سمینال در تیمارهای E2، G5 و G50 نسبت به گروه شاهد کاهش یافت. همچنین کاهش معنی­داری در غلظت­های ALT و  AST در تیمارهای E2، G5 و G50 نسبت به گروه شاهد مشاهده شد. در صورتی که غلظت ALP در تیمارهای E2 و G50 به طور معنی‌داری افزایش یافت. نتایج این پژوهش بر این نکته تاکید دارد که میزان جنستئین به عنوان یک ترکیب فیتواستروژنی در جیره غذایی مولدین باید بررسی گردد چرا که  حضور این ترکیبات استروژنی در دوزهای بالا، از طریق تغییر در ترکیبات پلاسمای سمینال باعث تغییر معنی­داری در کیفیت اسپرم خواهد شد.
