بررسی هورمون های جنسی و بافت شناسی تخمدان مولد ماده شاه کولی (Alburnus chalcoides) مهاجر به تالاب انزلی

چکیده

بیولوژی تولید­مثل مولد ماده ماهی شاه­کولی Alburnus chalcoides با استفاده از مطالعات بافت­شناسی، اندازه­گیری قطر تخمک و میزان هورمون­های استروئیدی جنسی در طی دوره تخم­ریزی در تالاب انزلی از اسفند 1392 لغایت خرداد 1393 مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. در مجموع 42 عدد ماهی مولد ماده مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. نتایج هورمونی نشان داد که میزان هورمون تستوسترون در مرحله قبل از تخم­ریزی ماهیان ماده 18/1±93/7 ولی در ماهیان رسیده مقدار آن 12/1±88/3 نانوگرم در میلی­لیتر به دست آمد (05/0P<). غلظت هورمون 17 بتا– استرادیول در مولدین در طی دوره تخم­ریزی برررسی شده و مقدار آن در مرحله قبل از رسیدگی کامل و ماهیان رسیده به ترتیب 18/0±98/2 و 09/0±55/2 نانوگرم در میلی­لیتر اندازه­گیری شد. غلظت هورمون پروژسترون نیز در ماهیان ماده رسیده 04/0±36/0 و در ماهیان مرحله قبل از تخم­ریزی 03/0±25/0 نانوگرم در میلی‌لیتر اندازه­گیری شد (05/0P<). اندازه قطر تخمک در ماهیان قبل رسیدگی کامل و رسیده کامل به ترتیب 29/13±12/655 تا 96/13±4/792 میکرون اندازه­گیری شد. بررسی مطالعات بافت‌شناسی در مولدین ماده از لحاظ میکروسکوپی، نشان داد که در تخمدان­ها، تخمک­هایی در مراحل اولیه رشد، مرحله آلوئل­های اطرافی، تخمک­های مراحل اولیه زرده­سازی، تخمک­های مرحله نهایی زرده­سازی، تخمک­های هیدراته شده و همچنین تخمک­هایی که مهاجرت وزیکول ژرمینال در آن­ها رخ داده، قابل مشاهده هستند. با توجه به بالا بودن مقدار هورمون 17- بتا- استرادیول در زمان تخم­ریزی و بر طبق نتایج سایر گزارش ها، احتمالاً فرآیند رشد و رسیدگی تخمک­ها در زمان تخم­ریزی در این ماهیان در حال انجام است و الگوی رشد تخمک در تخمدان این ماهیان از نوع ناهم­زمان می­باشد.
