تأثیر عصاره هیدروالکلی گیاه اسفرزه (Plantago ovata) بر پارامترهای رشد، کبد و طحال بچه ماهیان قزل‎آلای رنگین‎کمان (Oncorhynchus mykiss)

چکیده

چکیده
اخیرا استفاده از مواد افزودنی (محرک‎های رشد، ایمنی و دارویی) در آبزی پروری افزایش یافته است. با توجه به افزایش این مواد به جیره‎های غذایی و اثرات نامناسب برخی از این مواد، بر آن شدیم تا تأثیر عصاره گیاه دارویی اسفرزه (Plantago ovata) که دارای اثرات تحریک ایمنی و خاصیت ضد باکتریایی اثبات شده می باشد را بر رشد، کبد و طحال بچه ماهیان قزل آلا رنگین کمان (Oncorhynchus mykiss) بررسی کنیم. 360 قطعه بچه ماهی با وزن متوسط 23/5 ± 30 گرم به چهار تیمار در سه تکرار (هر تکرار 30 قطعه ماهی) تقسیم گردیدند. تیمارها با غذای حاوی درصدهای صفر (کنترل)، 0.1 ، 0.5 و 1 درصد عصاره اسفرزه به مدت 60 روز تغذیه شدند. بیومتری در ابتدای دوره و انتهای دوره (روز 60) انجام شد. در انتهای دوره کبد و طحال هر ماهی وزن شده و شاخص های کبد و طحال بین تیمارها مقایسه گردید. نتایج نشان داد فاکتورهای رشد در تیمارهای تغذیه شده با غذای حاوی 0.5 و 1 درصد عصاره اسفرزه نسبت به تیمار کنترل به طور معنی داری بهبود یافته است (05/0P). به طور کلی می‎توان نتیجه گرفت که عصاره گیاه اسفرزه اثرات مثبتی بر تحریک رشد و کارایی طحال بچه ماهی قزل‎آلای رنگین‎کمان داشته است و اثرات سوئی بر کبد بچه ماهیان ندارد.
