چکیده

بروملین یک عصاره آبی از آناناس است که حاوی مخلوط پیچیده­ای از پروتئازهای تیول و اجزای غیرپروتئازی می‌باشد. در این تحقیق از روش اجرای تحقیق بصورت کاربردی و کمی و با انجام آزمون MTT به گردآوری اطلاعات پرداخته شد. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻛﻪ ﺑﺎ اﻓﺰاﻳﺶ دوز ﻧﺎﻧﻮﻟﻮﻟﻪﻫﺎی ﻛﺮﺑﻨﻲ از mg/L١ ﺑﻪ mg/L٥ ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﻗﺎﺑﻞ­ﺗﻮﺟﻬﻲ ﺑﺎزده ﺟﺬب، اﻓﺰاﻳﺶ و ﻇﺮﻓﻴﺖ ﺟﺬب، ﻛﺎﻫﺶ و ﺑﺎ اﻓﺰاﻳﺶ ﻏﻠﻈﺖ اوﻟﻴﻪ داروی آﻧﺎﻫﻴﻞ ازmg/L ٥٠ ﺑﻪ mg/L٣٠٠ در دوز ﻧﺎﻧﻮﻟﻮﻟﻪﻫﺎی ﻛﺮﺑﻨﻲ g/L١ ﻇﺮﻓﻴﺖ ﺟﺬب از mg/g ٦/٤١ ﺑﻪ mg/g ٢/١٦٢ اﻓﺰاﻳﺶ و در ﻣﻘﺎﺑﻞ راﻧﺪﻣﺎن ﺟﺬب از ٢/٨٣ درﺻﺪ ﺑﻪ ٠٦٧/٥٤ درﺻﺪ ﻛﺎﻫﺶ ﻳﺎﻓﺖ. ﭘﺎراﻣﺘﺮﻫﺎی اﻳﺰوﺗﺮمﻫﺎی ﺗﻌﺎدﻟﻲ ﺟﺬب ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻛﻪ رﻓﺘﺎر ﺟﺬب آﻧﺎﻫﻴﻞ ﺑﺮ روی ﻧﺎﻧﻮﻟﻮﻟﻪﻫﺎی ﻛﺮﺑﻦ از ﻣﺪل ﻓﺮﻧﺪﻟﻴﭻ ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮ از ﻣﺪل ﻻﻧﮕﻤﻮﻳﺮ ﺗﺒﻌﻴﺖ ﻣﻲﻛﻨﺪ. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﻴﻦ ﻛﻪ ﻣﻘﺎدﻳﺮ ﺑﻪ دﺳﺖ آﻣﺪه ﺑﺮای ﭘﺎراﻣﺘﺮ n در ﻣﺪل ﻓﺮﻧﺪﻟﻴﭻ ﺑﺮای ﻫﺮ دو دﻣﺎ، ﺑﺎﻻﺗﺮ از ٢ نشان‌دهنده ﺟﺬب ﻣﻄﻠﻮب آﻧﺎﻫﻴﻞ ﺑﺮ روی ﻧﺎﻧﻮﻟﻮﻟﻪﻫﺎی ﻛﺮﺑﻦ ﺑﻮد. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﺣﺎﺻﻞ از آزﻣﻮن MTT ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻛﻪ داروی آﻧﺎﻫﻴﻞ در ﻏﻠﻈﺖﻫﺎی ﺑﺎﻻ (١٠٠ ﻣﻴﻜﺮوﮔﺮم ﺑﺮ ﻟﻴﺘﺮ)، دارای اﺛﺮ ﻛﺸﻨﺪﮔﻲ ﺑﺴﻴﺎر ﺷﺪﻳﺪی اﺳﺖ. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﻴﻦ ﻧﺸﺎن داده ﺷﺪ ﻛﻪ ﺗﺎﺛﻴﺮ ﻛﺸﻨﺪﮔﻲ داروی آﻧﺎﻫﻴﻞ در اﺑﺘﺪا ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮ ﺑﻮده و ﺑﺎ ﮔﺬﺷﺖ زﻣﺎن ﻛﺎﻫﺶ ﻣﻲﻳﺎﺑﺪ. اﻣﺎ در ﻣﻮرد داروی ﺟﺪﻳﺪ ﺳﻨﺘﺰ ﺷﺪه ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از وارد ﻛﺮدن داروی آﻧﺎﻫﻴﻞ ﺑﻪ ﺳﻄﺢ ﻧﺎﻧﻮﻟﻮﻟﻪﻫﺎی ﻛﺮﺑﻨﻲ، ﻣﻴﺰان ﻛﺸﻨﺪﮔﻲ ﺑﻪ ﻳﻚ ﻣﻘﺪار ﺛﺎﺑﺖ ﻣﻲﮔﺮاﻳﺪ ﻛﻪ اﻳﻦ اﻣﺮ نشان‌دهنده رﻫﺎﻳﺶ ﺗﺪرﻳﺠﻲ دارو ﺑﺎ ﮔﺬﺷﺖ زﻣﺎن ﺑﻮد ﻛﻪ ﻣﻄﻠﻮب درﻣﺎن ﻛﺎرآﻣﺪ ﺳﺮﻃﺎن ﻣﻲﺑﺎﺷﺪ.
