چکیده

در این پژوهش، ماهیان دیپلوئید، تریپلوئید و تتراپلوئید قزل‌آلای رنگین‌کمان از نظر رشد، بقا و ویژگی‌های گلبول قرمز مورد مقایسه قرار گرفتند. برای تولید ‏ماهیان تریپلوئید، تخم‌های لقاح‌ یافته تحت شوک گرمایی 5/26 درجه سانتی‌گراد در قالب سه تیمار: 1- دوبار شوک یک دقیقه‌ای در 15 و 30 دقیقه بعد از ‏لقاح، 2- یک‌بار شوک 15 دقیقه‌ای در 15 دقیقه بعد از لقاح و 3- یک‌بار شوک 12 دقیقه‌ای در 20 دقیقه بعد از لقاح، قرار گرفتند. برای تولید ماهیان تتراپلوئید، ‏تخم‌های لقاح‌‌ یافته تحت شوک گرمایی 28 درجه سانتی‌گراد در قالب سه تیمار: 1- شوک 10 دقیقه‌ای در 59 ساعت-درجه بعد از لقاح، 2- شوک 10 دقیقه‌ای ‏در 66 ساعت-درجه بعد از لقاح و 3- شوک 10 دقیقه‌ای در 72 ساعت-درجه بعد از لقاح، قرار گرفتند. در تریپلوئیدسازی، شوک گرمای 5/26 درجه سانتی‌گراد ‏در 20 دقیقه بعد از لقاح به‌مدت 12 دقیقه با درصد تفریخ 6/66 درصد و نرخ تریپلوئیدسازی 87 درصد بهتر از سایر گروه‌ها بود. در تتراپلوئیدسازی، شوک گرمای ‏‏28 درجه سانتی‌گراد در 59 ساعت-درجه بعد از لقاح به‌مدت 10 دقیقه با درصد تفریخ 9/54 درصد و نرخ تتراپلوئیدسازی 94/7 درصد نسبت به سایر تیمارها ‏مناسب‌تر بود. ماهیان تریپلوئید از نظر رشد با دیپلوئیدها اختلاف معنی‌داری نداشتند اما رشد ماهیان تتراپلوئید به‌طور معنی‌داری کمتر از دیپلوئیدها بود. ‏به‌طورکلی، در این مطالعه علاوه بر بهینه‌سازی روش‌های تریپلوئید و تتراپلوئیدسازی، استفاده از طول، عرض و مساحت سلولی گلبول‌های قرمز، به‌عنوان یک ‏روش کاربردی و کم هزینه برای تفکیک ماهیان دیپلوئید، تریپلوئید و تتراپلوئید قزل‌آلای رنگین‌کمان مورد تائید قرار گرفت.‏
