چکیده

چربی خون یک مشکل جهانی و رو به افزایش در همه کشورها از جمله ایران و یکی از تهدیدهای مهم برای سلامت جامعه می‌باشد. چربی خون بالا به‌عنوان یک مشکل چند عاملی تحت تأثیر مجموعه عوامل مختلف، به‌ویژه عوامل متابولیکی و ژنتیکی قرار دارد. هدف از این مطالعه،  بررسی پلی‌مورفیسم rs2016520 در ژن PPARD و ارتباط آن با ﺳﻄﺢ لیپوپروتئین با چگالی پایین (LDL) می­باشد. خون­گیری از 137 فرد شامل 83 زن و 54 مرد ایرانی شامل 79 فرد سالم یا شاهد (LDL نرمال) (7/57 درصد) و 58 فرد با LDL بالاتر از 130 (3/42 درصد) در محدوده سنی 18 تا 60 سال با گرفتن رضایت­نامه، انجام شد.DNA  توسط کیت آماده استخراج شد. غلظت و کیفیتDNA  جداشده به‌وسیله دستگاه اسپکتروفتومتری و ژل آگارز سنجیده شد. شناسایی ژنوتیپ‌ها با روش PCR-RFLP انجام شد. میزان 6 درصد فراوانی ژنوتیپ‌ها در گروه باLDL  نرمال: 8/3 درصد برای CC، 7/36 درصد برای CT و 5/59 درصد برای ژنوتیپ TT و در گروه باLDL  بالاتر از 130: 1/12 درصد برای CC، 9/37 درصد برای CT و 0/50 درصد برای ژنوتیپ TT بود. اختلاف فراوانی ژنوتیپ‌ها بین دو گروه با LDL نرمال و گروه با LDL بالاتر از 130 معنی‌دار نبود (05/0 < P). 56/2 درصد از نمونه‌ها، BMI پایین­تر از 25 و 8/43 درصد، BMI بالاتر از 25 داشتند. نتایج مطالعه حاضر ارتباط معنی­داری میان پلی‌مورفیسم rs2016520 و سطح LDL نشان نداد.
