Two hundred twenty five chickens were allocated in the three treatment containing 5 pen and 15 birds on each pen. Diets included 0, 1 or 1.5gr of probiotic BIOSAF/kg diet and considered as control, treatment1 and treatment 2, respectively. On day 20 and 35 of age, birds were injected (i.m) with 0.1 mg of 0.5% sheep red blood cells (SRBC). Antibody production against SRBC was measured after 7 days of inoculation. On the day 10 of age, the chicks were vaccinated against Newcastle disease virus (NDV Generally, usingprobiotic BIOSAF per kg diet has efficient effect on growth performance of male Ross chekien particularly, when supplementation is done in starter period. Also, supplementation probiotic BIOSAF has positive effect on immune response to Newcastle and SRBC. However, 1gr/kg supplementation of probiotic BIOSAF is more suitable than 1.5gr/kg diet.

This research aimed at comparison of chromium bioaccumulation patterns in skin, gills, scales, liver and muscle of two widely-consumed fishes: scaled common carp Cyprinus carpio and scaleless catfish Pangasius hypophthalmus. First, lethal concentration (96 h LC50) of chromium as well as its toxicity factor (TF) was determined for each species. For bioaccumulation trial, the two species exposed to sublethal concentrations (10% of LC50 values) of Cr at separate triplicate treatments for 15 days. The examined tissues from each species were sampled at days 7 and 15 of the experiment. Following chemical digestion, each tissue was analyzed by atomic absorption unit (Model Thermo) to measure chromium concentration. According to the results, Almost all differences in bioaccumulations between the two species and the controls were significant (p < 0.05). Concentration of chromium in common carp was in the form of gills> liver> skin> scales> muscle, and accumulation in catfish was in the form of liver> muscle> skin> gills. Final entire contents of Cr in the catfish's tissues were 3.65 times, than in the carp’s (excluding the scales). In addition, the catfish's muscle amassed 16.15 times greater amounts of Cr.The results of this investigation indicate that the carp's scaled armature, compared to the scaleless skin of the catfish, adsorbs metal toxicants leading to much lesser metals content in the muscle rendering this tissue rather safer for comestible consumption.

The objectives of this study was to investigate whether consuming of protected glutamine (PG) before parturition in close up period would affect dry matter intake (DMIkg/d), blood urea nitrogen (BUNmg/dl), body condition score (BCS) and biomarkers of oxidative stress, glutathione peroxidase activity (GPX units/ml PCV) and Total Antioxidant Status (TASmmol/L). Thirty six pregnant Holstein dairy cows were assigned into two treatment groups based on their BCS and expected.calving date in t student examination. Treatment groups consisted of 1)glutamine supplementation 100 g/d per cow from 21d before calving until parturition (F), 2) glutamine unsupplementation from 21d before calving until parturition (N). There weren’t any significant differences among treatments in DMI and BCS on d -21,-14 ,-7 and calving day before parturition. There weren’t significant differences in The total antioxidant status (TAS) but plasma glutathione Peroxidase activity (GPX) was significant difference between two group and was greater for (F) group at -7d before calving (57.44 vs 47.94 and p≤0.05 respectively) and -14 (45.87 vs 41.72 and p≤0.04 respectively) before parturition. It seems that supplementation diets with glutamine on the close up period can enhance plasma glutathione Peroxides activity (GPX) and the best level of formaldehyde for protection of glutamine is 1%.

Based on the published statistics of diseases management center, yearly frequency of scorpion bite in Iran between 2001 to 2003 has been 38415 bite and the rate of death wich is resultant of scorpion bite has been 21 cases during a year. Doubtless scorpion bite is one of our medical problems, but what is important regarding this matter is a fear that people have about this creature. Unfortunately a precise and right statistcs toward the risk of this creature bite does not exist. Till based on that, it woud be possible to recognize scorpion bite of our society is related to what species and it has what a status among category of death causes and based on that prepre a antivenom monovalan related to every scorpion؛ surely we can not deny this problem in south and west regions of our country specially for hot seasons. In this research first, Ilam province based on geography position, scorpion bitting domain, climate and local researches divided to 14 region of sampling. By use of valid identifying keys such as Navid pour(2008), samples recognizes, frequency of scorpion species in each climate region has showed and their distribution map by use of GIS software has drawn. In Ilam province, among 390 hunted scorpion, 10 species include Hottentotta saulcyi(23/07), Mesobuthus eupeus(22/56), Compsobuthus matthiesseni(13/07), hemiscorpius lepturus(12/3), Orthochirus iranus(7/94), Razianus zarudnyi(4/87), Androctonus crassicaudata(4/1), Buthacus macrocentrus(3/33), Scorpio maurus(2/56), Odontobuthus bidentatus(1/02) scorpion identified.

Introduction: Due to the increasing use of high intake of saturated fatty acids and their effects on overall physiological structures, effects of unsaturated fatty acids, including omega-3 and omega-6, and the proportion of these two together is essential physiological functions. Therefore, this study aimed to investigate the interaction of corn and salmon fish’s oil on avoidance learning in mature male rat.Method: In this empirical research work, we used 72 mature male rats weighing from 180-200g were enrolled as the control, sham and experiment groups. The control group was no treated. The sham group received only 1 ml saline, 6 experimental groups of different types received 0.5, 1 and 1.5 ml/kg body weight corn oil, and 0.25, 0.5 and 0.75 ml/kg body weight and 1 group other received doses of 0.5 and 1.5, salmon oil and corn oil respectively, daily for 28 days. For avoidance learning behavior, the rats were trained to shuttle box and 24 hours after training, the rats were tested retrieval. The data were evaluated using ANOVA.Results: The results showed that consumption of corn and salmon’s oil alone enhances learning and taking the time to arrange a 3 to 1 ratio, boost the oil alone is more than the avoidance learning.Discussion and conclusion: Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acids the rate 3 to 1, are most effective in promoting avoidance learning, so further investigation can be listed using ratios to enhance learning and prevention of Alzheimer's, it uses .

In this study, the interaction of various concentrations of Cadmium Sulfate with Peroxidase (E.C 1.11.1.7) was investigated in different temperatures (25-35 °C). For this purpose thermostability, spectrophotometry, spectroflorimetry and kinetics studies were done to obtain thermodynamic parameters including ∆G°, ∆H°m, ∆S°m, Tm and also kinetics parameters including Vmax and Km. The results showed that Cadmium Sulfate caused uncompetitive inhibition at different temperatures and increasing of temperature intensified this inhibition effect. Also Cadmium Sulfate was reduced the stability of peroxidase and reduced its Tm. In the spectrophotometric studies the effect of Cadmium Sulfate on the peroxidase in such a way that the absorption in 275nm increased and temperatures increased it too, also the absorption in 404nm (soret bond) decreased and temperature decreased it too. Totally, Cadmium Sulfate ions in a time- and dose- dependent manner and affected by temperature bind to the peroxidase in the heme environment and decrease the thermostability of it, and exert uncompetitive inhibition.

Collection and identification snails of Dez river in Khuzestan province in Iran has been investigated in 2012-2013. For the first time, 29 snail species are identified in Dez river in Khuzestan, which they belong to 15 genera from 10 families Identification was done according to morphometric characters including shape, size of shell, dextral and sinistral position of the shell, operculum, aperture, radula, mucus colour, respiratory pore, keel, renal ridge and reproduction system. The most and least distribution among identified snail species are 18 and 8 species belong to 4 and 2 stations respectively from Dez river, which they are 20/82 kilometers away from each other. The most commonly distributed family is Thiaridae with 8 species Melanopsispraemorsa ، Melanopsis costata ،Melanopsis doriae Melanopsis nodosa، Melanopsis subtingitana, Melanoides pyramis, Melanoides tuberculata Thiara scabra. Bulinus truncates and Lymnaea truncatula are identified as the most frequent and has medical importance.Melanopsis subtingitana Annandale,1918 and Gyraulus huwaizahensis species are reported for the first time from Iran.

This experiment was conducted to study three types of Ruminal degradability of protein whey powder brands with product Shyzr Gloshad Mashhad Food Industries (WP1), whey powder brand Nasr Dalia (WP2) and whey powder product Khorasan Pegah (WP3 ) with 2 Holstein male calves with Ruminal fistula .first, The chemical properties include: moisture, ash, fat, lactose and protein were measured. Later, using Tris buffer samples were extracted proteins and the extracted proteins were determined electrophoresis. For nylon bag technique, the amounts of 5 gram of whey powder samples were placed inside the bag. Incubation times were: 0, 2, 4, 8, 16, 24, 48 and 72 hours. Gel electrophoresis showed that the major protein in whey powder consisted of β- lactoglobulin .lactalbumin, bovine serum albumin and immunoglobulin. These proteins are respectively 50, 20, 10 and 10 percent of total whey proteins in powder form nylon bag Results showed that at 0, 2, 4 and 48 hours incubation, WP1 and WP2 and 72 hours incubation, WP2 highest amount of protein degradability (p

Abstract
The bilateral relationship between Ventro Medial Nucleus and dopaminergic system may play an important role in the secretion of the gastrointestinal exocrine glands, nutritional behaviors and habits. The aim of this study was to investigate the role of dopaminergic receptors in regulation of the exocrine glands and to find out whether the change in saliva secretion is the primary effects of central nervous system or there are subsequences of taking food, lick, swallowing and digestion in the mouth. Ninety rats were stereotaxically implanted under urethane anesthesia. The rats were divided into 9 groups: one control group, one fasted control group, two sham groups given surgery and surgery plus medicine solvents, one SCH23390 group, one bromocriptine group, one mixed group: SCH23390 along with bromocriptine, one pilocarpine and a mixed group: bromocriptine along with pilocarpine. In this study, saliva secretion was gathered from submandibular glands by cannulas and measures then volume of secretion by using SPSS program the groups were compared (Test Anova). The saliva secretion was not significantly different between all groups except SCH23390 group, pilocarpine, and both mixed groups which showed significant differences in the saliva secretion. This study showed that SCH23390 (7.5 μg) could increase saliva secretion. Bromocriptine could not affect saliva secretion. Bromocriptine along with pilocarpine significantly decreased saliva secretion. However, this agonist together with SCH23390 significantly increased saliva secretion. So the dopaminergic system of the Ventro Medial Nucleus has a considerable effect on the secretion of the exocrine glands in the digestive system.
