Abstract
For environmental safety and reduce the effect of pesticide, for the first report we used the enthomopathogenic fungi Lecanicillium muscarium and Ferula assafoetida extract for Biological control of keys pest that have wide damages to our crops. We isolate the pathogenic strain KB512 of enthomopathogenic fungi Lecanicillium muscarium from the soil and recognized.the pathogencity test was carried out with direct insect spray. Bioassay with concentration،1×108 conidi / ml were tested and the control were spraied by 0/01% tween80 in distilled water after spraying the pest, plat were placed in the incubator with temperature of 25±1 and RH80%.Tested pest were monitoring every day for checking the growth of the fungi ,after 9,7,5 days the percentage of mortality in treatment with ( 1×108 conidi/ml) concentration respectively was 36%-25%-17/26% and Ferula assafoetida extract was 40/96%,27/02%,18/62%for Aphis faba, and treatment with ( 1×108 conidi/ml) concentration 40/66%-28/79%-24% % and treatment with Ferula assafoetida extract was 38/9%,35/68%,32/02% for Bemisia tabaci
