The serum concentrations of total cholesterol and triglyceride were measured by method Enzymatic, serum levels of lipoproteins were determined by method Precipitation and serum levels of testosterone were measured by method Radio Immuno Assay. For histomorphometric study, the 5 µ sections were made and stained with Hematoxyline-Eosin. Data was statistically analyzed by the one way ANOVA and Pearson correlation tests (p≤0.05). Results showed that serum levels of total cholesterol, triglycerids, VLDL-c and LDL-c had not significant differences between different ages. The serum levels of HDL-c, testosterone, as well as the area of spermatic tubules and testicular interstitium, the diameter of seminiferous tubules, the germinal epithelium height, the number and diameters of the leydig cells; additionally, the number of spermatid cells had significant increase from one year group to two years group and also significant decrease from two years animals to three years group. The serum HDL-c values were significantly correlated with the number of leydig cells as well as serum levels of testosterone. Serum triglycerides values were also inversely correlated with germinal epithelium height. It can be concluded that increased serum levels of HDL-c and triglycerides have respectively a benefit and deleterious effects on the spermatogenic activity and histomorphometric structure of the testis in the male goats of Ilam province. برای بررسی ارتباط لیپیدهای سرم خون با فعالیت اسپرماتوژنیک و ساختار هیستومورفومتریک بیضه ، از 30 رأس بز نر که به سه گروه مساوی یکساله، دوساله و سه ساله تقسیم بندی شده بودند، نمونه خون از ورید وداج اخذ شد. برای اندازه گیری غلظت سرمی کلسترول و تری گلیسرید تام از روش آنزیمی، برای اندازه گیری لیپوپروتئین ها از روش رسوب دهی و برای اندازه گیری هورمون تستوسترون از روش رادیوایمونواسی استفاده شد. جهت بررسی هیستومورفومتریک، مقاطع پارافینی 5 میکرونی تهیه و با روش هماتوکسیلین-ائوزین رنگ آمیزی شد. داده ها با استفاده از آزمون های آنالیز واریانس یک طرفه و همبستگی پیرسون مورد تجزیه و تحلیلی آماری قرار گرفتند (05/0 p≤). نتایج نشان داد که میزان سرمی کلسترول، تری گلیسرید، VLDL-c و LDL-c در سنین مختلف اختلاف آماری معنی دار با یکدیگر ندارد. مقادیر HDL-c، تستوسترون، مساحت لوله های اسپرم ساز، مساحت بافت بینابینی، قطر لوله های اسپرم ساز، ارتفاع اپیتلیوم زایا،تعداد و قطر سلولهای لیدیگ و تعداد اسپرماتید از سن یک سالگی تا دو سالگی افزایش و از سن دو سالگی تا سه سالگی کاهش معنی دار نشان داد. میزان سرمی HDL-c با تعداد سلول های لیدیگ بیضه و همچنین مقادیر تستوسترون همبستگی مثبت داشت. همچنین مقادیر سرمی تری گلیسرید با میزان ارتفاع اپیتلیوم زایای بیضه همبستگی منفی داشت. نتایج بدست آمده نشان داد که افزایش مقادیر سرمی HDL-c و تری گلیسرید به ترتیب دارای اثرات مفید و آسیب رسان بر روی فعالیت اسپرماتوژنیک و ساختار هیستومورفومتریک بیضه در بزهای نر بومی استان ایلام می باشد.
