In this study, rainbow trout diploid, triploid, and tetraploid were comparatively investigated regarding the growth performance, survival rate, and erythrocyte characteristics. For the triploid production, the fertilized eggs received 26.5 ℃ thermal shock under three treatments: 1. double 1-min shock after 15 and 30 min of the fertilization, 2. one 15-min shock after 15 min of the fertilization, and 3. one 12-min shock after 20 min of the fertilization. Tetraploidy was induced by application of 28 ℃ thermal shock under three treatments: 1. 10-min shock after 59 degree-hours of the fertilization, 2. 10-min shock after 66 degree-hours of the fertilization, and 3. 10-min shock after 72 degree-hours of the fertilization. The best triploidization results, 66.6% survival rate and 87% triploidization rate, achieved by application of 12-min shock after 20 min of the fertilization. The best tetraploidization results, 54.9% survival rate and 7.94% triploidization rate, achieved by application of 10-min shock after 59 degree-hours of the fertilization. There were no significant differences between the triploid and diploid fish, wheras the tetraploids showed significantly lower growth rate than the diploids. In conclusion, in this study, triploid and tetraploid production of rainbow trout were improved, and application of erythrocyte cell size as a reliable and efficient polyploidy detection method was emphasized.

Abstract The growth is a one of biological aspects of fishes and is a good index in order to determine of health of these population. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of different color lights on condition factor and weight- length relationships (LWR) of rainbow trout. Fertilized eggs of fish were kept under light conditions, 14h light and 10h dark for 5 months at seven lights color of white light(control), azure, blue, green, yellow, orange and red in farm aquaculture. After yolk sac absorption, weight and length of fry were measured by a digital scale and a caliper randomly. Data was analyzed by ANOVA, Duncan and Regression test. The results were showed that the highest and lowest condition factor was observed in yellow and green light respectively, but there wasn't significant different between treatment groups. There was seen significant association between weight- length relationships in different lights. Growth pattern in often lights was isometric in different days. In some of lights, growth pattern was negative allometric. On the base of data of this study, it was concluded that different light can cause similar changes in weight and length of fish. In other words, rainbow trout can growth in different light proportionately.

Abstract Evaluation of probiotic is not summarized on growth but included the other aspects, such as blood parameters. In this study, effects of two bifidobacter, Bifidobacterium animalis and Bifidobacterium lactis with three concentrations of 1× 109 (T1), 2× 109 (T2) and 3× 109 (T2) CFU/100g were studied on growth performance and hematological parameters of rainbow trout larvae with initial body weight of 0.538 ± 0.197 g. Thus 3 experimental treatments and a control, each with three replicates were prepared. Thirty rainbow trout larvae were stocked in each replicate. The larvae were fed 4 times a day according to 4-8% of body weight. After 8 weeks of feeding trail with supplemented diet with Bifidobacterium growth and hematological parameters were studied. The result of hemoglobin showed no significant difference between experimental treatments and the control (P>0.05). The use of Bifidobacter caused increase of red and white blood cells in T3 and T2 treatments (P0.05). The study of hematological parameters, final weight and specific growth rate in present study showed that the use of bifidobacter increased blood cell account and also the final weight growth in rainbow trout.

Abstract
In this study 900 rainbow trout (mean weight 25 gr) were obtained from a local fish farm in Urmia city and after acclimatization for 10 days, the fish were randomly divided into four groups (with three replication) and fed for 8 weeks with 0 (control), 2.5, 5 and 10 g chitosan/kg feed, respectively. Finally treatments were fed the control diet (without any chitosan) for another 3 weeks. Body weight, total length, food conversion rate, Special Growth Rate, Condition Factor and Daily weight gain were determined every two weeks and at the end of the trial. Data were analyzed using SPSS ver. 20. Results depicted no positive effects of chitosan on growth and nutritional parameters of rainbow trout. However, treatment four considerably (10 g chitosan/kg feed) inhibited live weight gain, total length increment and deteriorated food conversion rate (FCR) and specific growth rate (SGR) in comparison to control group and third treatment (5 g chitosan/kg feed).

At the present work, effects of salinity were studied on growth and feeding performance, survival rate and blood biochemical parameters of pre on-growing rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) with initial weight 93.22±4.11 g for 60 days. After adaptation to water salinity for 10 days, 450 fish were distributed in 5 treatments and 3 replicates according to a complete randomized design. Before adaptation to water salinity 1, 10, 25 and 50 days after introduction to a different salinity with in (10, 20, 30 and 40 ppt), growth and feeding parameters and some blood biochemical parameters were investigated. According to the obtained results of study, increase salinity up to 20 ppt, growth and feeding parameters significantly decreased including daily growth rate, specific growth rate, feed conversion efficiency between salinity groups and control group (P<0/05) and higher salinities (30 and 40 ppt), caused gregarious mortality. During the experiment, blood biochemistry parameters including osmolality, chlorine, sugar, cortisol, tri-iodo thyronin(T3), and Tetra–iodo–thyronin (T4) significantly increased with increasing water salinity (P<0/05). Overall, the obtained results indicated that rainbow trout with initial weighing 90 g, could be cultured successfully in water with salinity up to 20 ppt, although fish growth rate is lower than that in the fresh water.

Abstract
Fish meat has high nutritional value and putrescence. For this reason, it is very important increase the shelf life and fish meat quality. In this study tried to go up the shelf life and quality fish meat by ozon ice. The number of Rainbow trout with weight 300±10 purchased and transferred to the Mashhad laboratory (Iran) immediately. The fish was divided into four groups, control (A), dose of 3g (B) 4g (C) and 5g of ozone per 50 kg ice with the brine 5% (D). Daily to the fourteenth day of corruption were used on the WHO chart. Moreover sampling of skin, meat and gill tissue was done every day to the 12th day for check bacterial by (PCA) cultured. The amount of histamine (ELISA method), peroxide (PV) (Egan method) and TVN (Kldal distiller method), was obtained respectively. The results showed that A sample (control) had corrupted the most number of bacteria in depth and surface have existence ten days significantly (P <0.05). Amounts of peroxide and TVN in B sample lower than to the other fish samples and had no significant increased (P 0.05). Histamine changes was not significant in all samples (P<0.05) and all of the fishes ozone treated have better maintenace and quality. Thus it can be infered that ozone is an effective mater to increase the durability of fish.

Use of growth and feeding stimulators have proven to have an important role in the development of aquaculture industry. In this study, we investigated the effect of Lactobacillus plantarum (L. plantarum) and lactoferrin on growth and feeding indices of rainbow trout (Oncorhynchusmykiss). 900 fish (average weight 20±2 g) were divided into 6 feeding treatments supplemented with different doses of L. plantarum and lactoferrin and were fed for two months. Growth and feeding parameters including wet weight (wet W), standard length (SL), feed conversion ratio (FCR), specific growth rate (SGR) and condition factor (CF) were measured on days 0, 15, 30, 45 and 60 and compared with the control group. The results showed that treatments receiving diets containing L. plantarum 108cfu/kg and treatments that received 200 mg/kg lactoferrin in diet had significantly higher growth compared to the control group (pL. plantarum and lactoferrin did not show any reinforcing effect on feeding and growth parameters. It seems that supplementation of 108cfu of L. plantarum and 200 mg of lactoferrin per kg of diet, alone, is more effective and less expensive way to enhance growth and feeding indices in rainbow trout compared to their combined use.
