چکیده

چکیده
در این تحقیق اثر تجویز خوراکی سطوح مختلف عصاره زیره سبز بر ماهی جوان کپور معمولی مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. به این منظور تعداد 150 قطعه ماهی (با وزن متوسط 89/0±3/20 گرم) به طور تصادفی در 15 تانک فایبر گلاس توزیع شده و با جیره حاوی عصاره اتانولی زیره سبز با مقادیر 0% (گروه شاهد)، 5/0%، 1، 5/1 و 2% (گروه‌های آزمایشی)، 3 بار در روز به‌صورت سیری و به‌مدت 8 هفته تغذیه شدند. در پایان دوره آزمایش، پارامترهای مختلف رشد شامل میزان افزایش وزن، میزان رشد  روزانه و ضریب رشد ویژه، شاخص‌های وضعیت شامل ضریب چاقی، شاخص احشایی و شاخص کبدی و نیز شاخص‌های تغذیه‌ای شامل نسبت تبدیل غذایی، نسبت بازده پروتئین، نسبت بازده چربی، کل غذای مصرف شده، مصرف خالص پروتئین، مصرف خالص چربی، اندازه‌گیری گردید. نتایج نشان داد عصاره زیره سبز منجر به افزایش وزن بدن، ضریب رشد روزانه و نرخ رشد ویژه در مقایسه با گروه شاهد گردید (05/0>P) و بیشترین میزان این فاکتورها در جیره حاوی 2% عصاره و کمترین میزان مربوط به گروه شاهد بود. کمترین میزان نسبت تبدیل غذایی و بیشترین میزان نسبت بازده پروتئین در گروه 2% عصاره زیره سبز مشاهده شد که با گروه شاهد اختلاف معنی‌داری مشاهده شد (05/0>P). بر اساس نتایج حاصله، افزودن 2% عصاره اتانولی زیره سبز به جیره غذایی ماهی جوان کپور معمولی می‌تواند موجب افزایش رشد گردد.
