چکیده

چکیده
امروزه به دلیل تغییر مقاومت باکتری های بیماری زا، یافتن مواد ضد میکروبی نوین از منابع طبیعی دریایی از اهمیت زیادی برخوردار است. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی اثر ضد باکتریایی عصاره متانولی جلبک دریایی قهوه­ای (Padina gymnospora) بر برخی باکترهای گرم منفی بود. پس از انجام نمونه برداری و انتقال نمونه‌ها به آزمایشگاه، نمونه جلبکی شستشو، خشک و آسیاب شد و توسط حلال متانول عصاره‌گیری صورت گرفت. عصاره متانولی در 4 غلظت 80-10 میلی‌گرم بر میلی‌لیتر تهیه شد و جهت بررسی اثر ضد باکتریایی آن، روی 4 گونه باکتری‌های گرم منفی Vibrio cholerae،Morganella morganii، Proteus mirabilisو Proteus vulgarisاز تست انتشار دیسک در آگار استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که باکتری
P. vulgaris بیشترین حساسیت را نسبت به عصاره جلبکی با قطر هاله عدم رشد 25/0 ±23/11 میلی­متر در غلظت 80 میلی‌گرم بر میلی‌لیتر از خود نشان داد، این میزان دارای اختلاف معنی‌داری با آنتی‌بیوتیک‌های استاندارد جنتامایسین و نئومایسین و سایر غلظت‌ها بود (05/0˂ p). همچنین اثر عصاره جلبکی بر باکتری‌های مورد آزمایش در غلظت‌های 10 و 20 میلی‌گرم بر میلی‌لیتر، اختلاف معنی‌داری نبود (05/0˃ p). نتایج رقت لوله‌ای نشان داد که حداقل غلظت مهارکنندگی و حداقل غلظت کشندگی 8/0 میلی‌گرم بر میلی‌لیتر بود. در مجموع، نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که عصاره متانولی جلبک قهوه‌ای Padina gymnospora یک منبع بالقوه‌ای برای ترکیبات ضد میکروبی نوین با هدف جایگزینی داروهای شیمیایی می­باشد.
