چکیده

این مطالعه با هدف بررسی اثر آلودگی به انگل Posthodiplostomum cuticola و میزان شدت آلودگی بر پارامترهای خون­شناسی Capoeta capoeta gracilis نهر زرین­گل در کنار تعیین محدوده طبیعی پارامترهای مذکور انجام گرفت. برای این منظور در تابستان 1389 تعداد 132 قطعه ماهی شامل 92 ماده و 40 نر در محدوده طولی و وزنی 4/16-7/5 سانتی­متر و 84/35-69/2 گرم با استفاده از الکتروشوکر (150 ولت و 10 آمپر) از 9 ایستگاه صید و به­صورت همزمان پارامترهای کیفی آب اندازه­گیری شد. خون­گیری از نمونه­ها از طریق ورید ساقه دمی انجام شد. ماهیان پس از زیست­سنجی، با استفاده از فلس تعیین سن و از طریق مشاهده بالینی غدد جنسی تعیین جنسیت شدند. همچنین تعداد لکه­های انگلی بر روی پوست، باله و آبشش ماهیان آلوده شمارش شد. نتایج نشان داد اختلاف معنی­داری بین پارامترهای خونی ماهیان در دو جنس وجود ندارد (05/0 P>). همچنین با افزایش سن، میزان هماتوکریت و هموگلوبین افزایش یافت
