چکیده


این تحقیق با هدف ارزیابی تأثیر پودر سیر و سیاه­دانه بر عملکرد، کیفیت تخم و فراسنجه‌های خونی در بلدرچین­های تخم‌گذار انجام گرفت. به این منظور تعداد 160 قطعه بلدرچین در سن 11 هفتگی در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با سه تیمار شامل گروه شاهد، گروه 3 درصد پودر سیر و گروه 2 درصد پودر سیاه­دانه به مدت 1 ماه تغذیه شدند. نتایج نشان داد که تغذیه بلدرچین­ها با جیره‌ی حاوی 3 درصد پودر سیر و یا 2 درصد پودر سیاه­دانه در سن 11 تا 14 هفتگی اثر معنی­دار بر تولید تخم، پارامترهای کیفی تخم (وزن تخم، وزن نسبی زرده، وزن نسبی سفیده و شاخص تخم)، وزن بدن، نطفه­داری و فراسنجه­های خونی نداشت (05/0P). افزودن پودر سیر باعث کاهش معنی­دار مصرف خوراک بلدرچین­ها در سن 14 هفتگی در مقایسه با گروه شاهد شد (05/0>P). با توجه به نتایج فعلی استفاده از پودر سیر می­تواند راهکاری مناسب برای بهبود کیفیت پوسته تخم باشد.
