چکیده

مطالعه حاضر به‌منظور بررسی کارایی دو ماده بیهوشی روغن گل میخک و کتامین، مقایسه پارامترهای هماتولوژی و شاخص‌های بیوشیمیایی خون تحت غلظت بهینه مواد بیهوشی در بچه ماهی استرلیاد Acipenser ruthenus با تعداد 276 و میانگین وزنی 4/3± 1/64 گرم انجام شد. شش غلظت mg/l 14، 35، 56، 77، 98 و 119 روغن گل میخک و غلظت‌های mg/l 35، 5/37، 40، 5/42، 45 و 50 کتامین در سه تکرار مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. در هر دو ماده زمان تأثیر (جزیی و کلی) با افزایش غلظت کاهش پیدا کرد، درصورتی که با افزایش غلظت، زمان به هوش آمدن نیز زیاد شد. غلظت mg/l 56 روغن گل میخک و غلظت mg/l 45 کتامین، با توجه به زمان‌های بیهوشی و بازگشت به‌عنوان غلظت بهینه استفاده شد. کاهش معنی‌داری در پارامترهای هماتولوژیک در تیمارهای بیهوشی با روغن گل میخک وکتامین و تیمار استرس دستکاری بدون ماده بیهوشی نسبت به گروه شاهد مشاهده شد. بچه ماهیان بیهوش شده با روغن گل میخک تغییر معنی‌داری را در غلظت کورتیزول، گلوکز و لاکتات پلاسما نشان ندادند؛ درحالی که ماهیان قرارگرفته در معرض استرس دستکاری در هر سه شاخص بیوشیمیایی تغییر معناداری را نشان دادند، از طرفی بیهوشی با کتامین تغییر معنی‌داری را در غلظت لاکتات و کورتیزول پلاسما به دنبال داشت و غلظت گلوگز بدون تغییر ماند. در مجموع با توجه به کارایی بهتر روغن گل میخک در بیهوشی کامل و برگشت به حالت اولیه نسبت به کتامین و عدم مشاهده تغییر در غلظت شاخص‌های بیوشیمیایی، به‌منظور استفاده در آبزی پروری این گونه توصیه می‌شود.
