چکیده

چکیده
استفاده از اسانس­های گیاهی به جای آنتی بیوتیک در تغذیه طیور، منجر به بهبود عملکرد طیور می شود. هدف از تحقیق حاضر، بررسی سطوح مختلف اسانس گشنیز بر عملکرد رشد، خصوصیات لاشه و سیستم ایمنی در جوجه­های گوشتی بود. از 200 قطعه جوجه­ی یک روزه سویه راس 308 در قالب طرح کاملا تصادفی با 5 تیمار و 4 تکرار به مدت 42 روز استفاده شد. گروه­های آزمایشی شامل شاهد (بدون افزودنی غذایی)، آنتی­بیوتیک فلاووفسفولیپول (جیره پایه +600 میلی­گرم بر کیلوگرم)، سطوح مختلف اسانس گشنیز (100، 200 و 300 میلی­گرم بر کیلوگرم) + جیره پایه بودند. افزایش وزن بدن، خوراک مصرفی و ضریب تبدیل خوراک به صورت هفتگی اندازه­گیری شد. نتایج در کل دوره پرورشی نشان داد که تیمار آنتی­بیوتیک بیشترین مصرف خوراک را نسبت به تیمارهای سطوح 100 و 200 میلی­گرم بر کیلوگرم اسانس گشنیز داشت (01/0P
