اثرات پریبیوتیک قارچ آسپرژیلوس بر عملکرد، فراسنجههای خونی و آنزیمی، ریختشناسی رودهها و تلفات در جوجههای گوشتی تحت سندرم افزایش فشار خون ریوی (PHS) القایی
برای بررسی اثرات پریبیوتیک فرماکتو (قارچ آسپرژیلوس) بر عملکرد و فراسنجههای خونی جوجههای گوشتی تحت آسیت القایی تعداد 240 قطعه جوجه یک روزه از سویه راس 308 در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی به سه تیمار و هر تیمار با چهار تکرار تقسیم شدند. تیمارهای غذایی شامل؛ تیمار شاهد (القای PHS) و سطوح دو و چهار گرم درکیلوگرم خوراک مصرفی پریبیوتیک فرماکتو (قارچ آسپرژیلوس) بودند.. برای القای آسیت همه پرندگان نمک به مقدار 5/1 گرم در لیتر را از روز ششم تا روز سیزدهم دریافت نمودند. مکملهای پریبیوتیک از روز 12 آزمایش به خوراک اضافه شدند. نتایج نشان داد هر دو سطح پریبیوتیک بهطور معنی داری سبب کاهش خوراک مصرفی و کاهش ضریب تبدیل خوراک در مقایسه با تیمار شاهد شد (05/0P<). هر دو سطح پریبیوتیک سبب کاهش معنیدار هموگلوبین، گلبول قرمز، پروتئین و هماتوکریت خون پرندگان شدند (05/0>P). هر دو سطح پریبیوتیک سبب کاهش معنیدار تلفات ناشی از آسیت و شاخص RV/TV شد (05/0>P). نتایج حاصل از ریختشناسی روده نشان داد که نسبت وزن رودهها به وزن بدن بین گروههای آزمایشی تفاوت معنیداری نداشت (05/0>P). نتیجهگیری کاربردی اینکه میتوان بهطور موفقیتآمیزی از سطح دوگرم در کیلوگرم خوراک از پریبیوتیک فرماکتو در جیره جوجههای گوشتی بهعنوان یک عامل مؤثر کاهش مشکلات عملکردی و تلفات ناشی از آسیت استفاده نمود.

تأثیر نانوذره اکسید آهن بر پایداری حرارتی و سینتیک آنزیم تریپسین
در این مطالعه، چگونگی تأثیر نانوذره اکسید آهن در ساختار، پایداری حرارتی و فعالیت آنزیم تریپسین پانکراس گاو بررسی شد. برای دستیابی به این هدف از تکنیکهای مختلف طیفسنجی از جمله جذب UV، دو رنگی دورانی، پایداری حرارتی، فلورسانس و سینتیک در 8 pH استفاده شد. نتایج ترمودینامیک و سینتیک نشان داد، که پایداری تریپسین در حضور نانوذره اکسید آهن کاهش و فعالیت آن افزایش یافت. طیفسنجی فلوئورسانس نشان داد که نانوذره میتواند فلورسانس تریپسین را از طریق خاموشی استاتیک کاهش دهد. براساس پارامترهای ترمودینامیکی، فرایند اتصال نانوذره به تریپسین بهصورت واکنش خودبهخودی انجام شده که نیروهای الکتروستاتیک نقش اصلی را ایفا میکند. مطالعات دورنگی نمایی دورانی دور تغییرات در ساختار دوم تریپسین را بهصورت افزایش در محتوای مارپیچ آلفا و کاهش ساختارهای بتا نشان داد. مطالعه طیفسنجی UV ثابت کرد که نانوذره اکسید آهن به تریپسین متصل شده و باعث تغییراتی در ساختار پروتئین شده است. مطالعات واکنش بین نانوذره اکسید آهن و تریپسین نشان میدهد که نه تنها آب و مولکولهای حلال میتوانند بر روی ساختار سه بعدی تریپسین و بهطور کلی پروتئین محلول اثر بگذارند، بلکه نقش مهم و حیاتی در جذب سطحی مواد نانو دارند.

کرم ساقهخوار نواری، آفت اصلی برنج در ایران میباشد. لاروهای زمستانگذران این آفت بعد از برداشت محصول برنج به جستجوی پناهگاهای زیستی میپردازند. چنین مکانهای زیستی به نوبه خود کانون آلودگی برای سال زراعی بعد محسوب میگردند. در این پژوهش، تعیین انبوهی جمعیت انتقالی لاروهای زمستانگذران و تخمین میزان آلودگی بوتههای برنج به کرم ساقهخوار نواری در ده منطقه استان مازندران (شامل محمودآباد، فریدونکنار، بابلسر، حسنآباد، ناییج، بابلکان، هراز، بندپی، نظامآباد و مؤسسه تحقیقات برنج) به مدت سه سال مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که بیشترین میانگین لاروهای زنده در مرحله اول نمونهبرداری (پس از برداشت محصول) و در مناطق بابلسر، فریدونکنار و آمل و کمترین میانگین در مرحله پایانی نمونهبرداری (اسفند ماه) و در منطقه جاده هراز مشاهده شد. بیشترین (25/1%) و کمترین (87/0%) درصد جوانه مرکزی خشک شده بهترتیب در فریدونکنار و هراز محاسبه شد. بیشترین (30/1%) و کمترین (88/0%) درصد خوشههای سفید شده بهترتیب در بابلسر و بندپی محاسبه شد. مطالعه تنوع گونهای شکارگران و پارازیتوئیدهای لاروهای زمستانگذران کرم ساقهخوار برنج نشان داد که در مجموع 30 گونه شکارگر شامل پرندگان (چهار گونه)، صدپایان (سه گونه)، عنکبوتها (پنج گونه) و حشرات شکارگر (18 گونه) و 28 گونه پارازیتوئید شامل کنهها (یک گونه) و حشرات پارازیتوئید (27 گونه) شناسایی گردید.

معرفی چهار رکورد جدید از شیخکها برای فون شهرستان لاهیجان، استان گیلان
شیخکها راسته کوچکی از حشرات هستند که شامل 2452 گونه از 446 جنس و 15 خانواده در سراسر جهان میباشند. آنها حشراتی شکارچی و روز فعال بوده و از انواع مختلف حشرات مانند ملخها و حتی شیخکهای دیگر یا آفات و حتی مهرهدارانی مثل مارها و مارمولکها تغذیه میکنند. پژوهش حاضر بهمنظور بررسی فونستیک شیخکها در شهرستان لاهیجان و حومه طی سالهای 97-96 انجام گرفت. در این راستا شهرستان لاهیجان را به 10 ایستگاه با شرایط اکولوژیک متفاوت تقسیم کرده و نمونهبرداری از آنها بهصورت مستقیم و دستی طی سه فصل بهار، تابستان و پاییز، در دفعات و زمان های برابر انجام گرفت. نمونه ها در آزمایشگاه بیوسیستماتیک دانشگاه شهید بهشتی، با استفاده از استریومیکروسکوپ و کلیدهای شناسایی معتبر مثل کلید شناسایی منطقه یورو مدیترانه (Battiston et al., 2010)، مورد شناسایی قرار گرفتند که از بین 120 نمونه، 4 گونه تا حد جنس و گونه مورد شناسایی قرار گرفتند که عبارتند از Mantis religiosa،Hierodula transcaucasica، Empusa fasciata وBolivaria brachyptra. همه نمونههای شناساییشده که مورد تأیید پروفسور باتیستون قرار گرفتند، برای اولین بار از شهرستان لاهیجان در استان گیلان گزارش میشوند.

مطالعه برخی ویژگیهای زیستی سگ ماهی هیرکان Paracobitis hircanica (Mousavi-Sabet et al., 2015) در نهر زاو پارک ملی گلستان-شمال ایران
این مطالعه برای بررسی خصوصیات زیستی سگماهی جویباری هیرکانی (P. hircanica) در نهر زاو در پارک ملی استان گلستان انجام گرفت. تعداد 150 نمونه به وسیله دستگاه الکتروشوکر از دیماه 1394 تا خردادماه 1395 صید و بیومتری گردید. نتایج نشان داد نسبت جنسی نر به ماده 1 به 65/0 میباشد که نشاندهنده اختلاف معنیداری در فراوانی نرها و مادهها در جمعیت مورد مطالعه میباشد. (83/6 =2χ). بیشینه طول و وزن کل مشاهداتی مادهها 87 میلیمتر و 30/5 گرم و برای نرها 104 میلیمتر و 31/7 گرم بود. رابطه طول و وزن کل جنس ماده 89/2TL0085/0W=، برای جنس نر 74/2TL 0109/0W= و برای کل جمعیت 80/2TL0099/0W= بهدست آمد. نتایج نشان داد که الگوی رشد از نوع ایزومتریک در مادهها و آلومتریک منفی در گروه نرها و جمعیت بود (t-test, tmale =6.31, tfemale = 1.61, tPopulation = 5.03, p < 0.05). میانگین همآوری مطلق برابر با 86/328 به ازاء هر مولد ماده و همآوری نسبی برابر با 47 56/110 (تخم به ازای هر گرم وزن بدن مولدین ماده) محاسبه گردید. قطر تخمکها از 45/0 تا 79/1 میلیمتر متغیر و دارای میانگین 99/0 میلیمتر بود. بالاترین میانگین شاخص نمو گنادی (GSI) برای جنس ماده در ماه خرداد و برای جنس نر در ماه اردیبهشت مشاهده گردید که باتوجه به این شاخص جداکثر زمان فعالیت تولیدمثلی جنس ماده در خردادماه و جنس نر در اردیبهشتماه تعیین شد

بررسی ارتباطهای زیستگاهی گور ایرانی (Equus hemionus onager) و مدلسازی منطقه گذر این گونه از جاده در منطقه حفاظتشده بهرام گور
این مطالعه با هدف تعیین ارتباطهای زیستگاهی گور ایرانی و منطقه گذر جادهای این گونه در منطقه حفاظتشده بهرام گور انجام شد. در این مطالعه، مدلسازی مطلوبیت زیستگاه با تعداد 57 نقطه حضور گور ایرانی و شش متغیر محیط زیستی در بسته Biomod2 در محیط نرمافزار R بر اساس چهار مدل مطلوبیت زیستگاه انجام گرفت و نقشه تجمعی حاصل از این مدلها در طراحی ارتباطهای زیستگاهی بین نقاط حضور با روش مدارهای الکتریکی استفاده شد. در نهایت، میزان تطابق منطقه گذر جادهای گور ایرانی با نقاط تلفات جادهای آن مورد مقایسه قرار گرفت.نتایج تحلیل مطلوبیت زیستگاه نشان داد که به ترتیب متغیرهای فاصله از مراتع با تراکم متوسط، فاصله از جادهها و شیب دارای بیشترین تأثیر در مطلوبیت زیستگاه گور ایرانی در منطقه مورد مطالعه بودهاند. نتایج ارتباطهای زیستگاهی نشان داد که جابهجایی بالای افراد گور ایرانی بین پارک ملی قطروئیه با مناطق غربی داخل منطقه حفاظتشده بهرام گور وجود دارد. در نهایت، هفت نقطه تلفات جادهای گور ایرانی با منطقه گذر شناسایی شده در مرز غربی منطقه حفاظتشده بهرام گور، مطابقت کامل داشتند. این مطالعه، ضرورت فراهم نمودن تمهیدات حفاظتی (نصب علائم و چراغهای هشداردهنده و اعمال محدودیت سرعت وسایل نقلیه) برای گذر جادهای گور ایرانی در این منطقه را توسط سازمان حفاظت محیط زیست، خاطر نشان میسازد.

بررسی اثرات ضدمیکروبی و ضدآلزایمری عصارههای آبی و هیدروالکلی سیاهدانه به-روش مهار رشتههای آمیلوئیدی
سیاهدانه گیاهی علفی و یکساله است که دارای اثرات دارویی متعددی است. در این مطالعه پژوهشی، اثرات ضدمیکروبی و ضدآلزایمری عصارههای آبی و هیدروالکلی سیاهدانه ارزیابی شد. پس از شناسایی ترکیبات موجود در عصاره هیدروالکلی با گاز کروماتوگرافی جرمی (GS-MS)، شاخصهای فعالیت ضدمیکروبی شامل MIC، MBC و انتشار چاهک در باکتریهای اشرشیاکلی و استافیلوکوکوس اورئوس، با استفاده از روشهای رقت در لوله و آگار انجام شد. اثرات ضدآلزایمری عصاره هیدروالکی سیاهدانه روی پروتئین آلبومین سرم گاوی، با روش طیفسنجی کنگورد و میکروسکوپ الکترونی گذاره بررسی شد. اسیدهای چرب اولئیکاسید (18/52%) و پس از آن پالمیتیکاسید (77/19%) و لینولئیکاسید (96/14%) عمدهترین اسیدهایچرب موجود در عصاره بودند. میزان MIC و MBC عصاره هیدروالکلی برای هردو باکتری اشرشیاکلی و استافیلوکوکوس اورئوس، بهترتیب 6/30 و 61 میلیگرم در میلیلیتر بود. در روش انتشار چاهک، بیشترین فعالیت ضدمیکروبی در باکتری استافیلوکوکوس اورئوس با قطر هاله عدمرشد 29/0±67/22 میلیمتر مشاهده شد، اما عصاره آبی اثری بر باکتریها نداشت. نتایج طیفسنجی کنگورد نشان داد، با افزایش غلظت عصاره سیاهدانه از میزان جذب نمونه پروتئینی (مقیاسی از حضور رشتههای آمیلوئیدی) کاسته شده و کمترین درصد جذب در بیشترین غلظت عصاره (20 میکرولیتر) نسبت به شاهد (بدون عصاره) مشاهده شد. این نتایج با میکروسکوپ الکترونی گذاره تأیید شد. مطالعه حاضر نشان میدهد که بذر سیاهدانه میتواند بهعنوان یک منبع طبیعی و با ارزش برای کنترل عفونتهای میکروبی و کاهش علایم در مبتلایان به آلزایمر بهکار رود.
